Description
I've cleaned graffiti off this building 3 times this week and been tagged again immediately every following night. What is the city doing to stop this besides citing property owners? I can't spend five hours every day pressure washing and painting, and yet I can't afford another $7000 fine from the city for blight! Oakland, you're putting property managers in an impossible situation.
