City Codes Enforcement Officers have been advised and will visit the location today.

Codes Enforcement confirms that the individual who lives at this location contacted them last week to advise that arrangements were being made for collection of the excess bags of rubbish that accumulated over the last few weeks. Additionally, our officer spoke with the individual today to request that the personal property be relocated to the rear yard.

There has not been any further action on this.

No further action or activity taken at site of violation. Trash continues to accumulate, and is becoming a health/wildlife concern.

A final inspection of the subject property was conducted today. As of this date, all issues have been addressed and no violations of City codes or ordinances are present.
