I've noticed that the baiting has stopped working. I'm not sure if the contractor isnt baiting (for whatever reason) or what, but the rats are coming back in large numbers.
We've had to install a thin metal sheet along the lower portion of my foundation (back section) because the rats have been chewing through wood...

This issue has been taken care of by City services.
