I reported it as well (1427 W. Jarvis) but my report was closed as a duplicate was already filed. I think we need to visit Joe's office. This is BS.

I've communicated via e-mail several times with Joe's Chief of Staff Kevin O'Neill. As of today, Kevin said he had reported these alley lights being out to the "Bureau of Electricity"--I assume he means the folks at 23rd and Ashland. Kevin also noted he had no timeline for when these would be fixed, but would not share contact information for any potential follow-up. I originally reported this on 10.14.16. Frustrating.
