Description

Just saw two young men (late teens, early 20s; one in a red sweatshirt and one in a white sweatshirt) with bolt cutters in backyards between Alden and McKinley. They hopped the fence over to McKinley and started running in the Woodbridge Ave direction. Police have been notified through calls by three separate witnesses.
