You need to repost this disaster with a street address. This what we get from the city's zero enforcement of illegal dumping policy.

That's 1900 to 1998 Brush St. Caltrans may have done this during their overnight 980 resurfacing project. They really have no respect for Oakland, especially the 980 area. I see Caltrans vehicles going to and from the headquarters on Grand and they never report anything they see on 980.

This is happening 2-3 times weekly now. I believe it is probably the same group of people, and I don't believe it is Caltrans. Is there no way the businesses in the area, who overlook this particular troublesome area, could set up some cameras to get licence plates of the vehicles who do this dumping?

Yes, this is organized dumping. This isn't some individual who doesn't want to pay their Waste Management bill. These people have to be caught.
