This is a continual problem at Sugarbush Park abutting Green Road. A huge puddle forms because the sidewalk is lower than the grounds surrounding it in addition Park crew exacerbate the problem by creating ruts in the dirt surrounding the sidewalk. The problem in this location has existed for many years and I have seen it brought up on a to fix it before. Please at least acknowledge that someone knows about the problem and hopefully is looking into a solution. Neighbors have even tried to solve the problem on their own but it keeps returning.
