That is disgusting. You need to call Libby and ur city leader and tell them ur fed up. Oakland does nothing about the homeless and probably won't.

I really feel for you. This happen to me on 23rd Street and is now happening all over West Oakland. This is a serious health and sanitation problem and truly Oakland is ignoring it. Anytime you walk by any homeless encampment, you can smell the stench. If this feces is on your property, the City will not clean it up.
