Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. My zone partner looked into this issue. On 10/28/16, my zone partner observed someone working on the vehicle, however, the repairs being performed were not deemed as major automotive repairs. My zone partner returned to the property on 10/31/16 and observed the vehicle has been removed from the property. I performed a re-inspection of the property today and did not observe the vehicle on the property.
