Four citations were issued November 3rd. The entire Parking Enforcement Unit keeps this area in mind for enforcement. Per the Parking Officer, most residents understand and follow signage for backup parking. There will always be some residents that because of the language barrier or the ability to maneuver a car simply will not follow directions.
Continuous enforcement will be implemented.
