Point where Skyline going N merges with Sloat Blvd going W. --- Recommend removing or making more visible slightly raised (~3") divider at point where Skyline going N merges with Sloat Blvd going W. This morning while bicycling here I mis-perceived the divider as a painted line, rode into it, and was thrown off my bike and injured my shoulder. The barrier is difficult to recognize bc: low to ground; painted white like a road line; white lines immediately precede & follow; painted markings in area are degraded generally, creating camouflage effect. It is apparent that many cars have driven over this. Bike lane on other side creates incentive for bicyclists to ride over it, toward bike lane.
