Description

ID 2536573 reported on 5/27/16 and acknowledged on 6/7/16 has yet to be completed. Many limbs have fallen that are full of large ant/insect hole, which are not attaching themselves to my home. These have been saved to show the forestor. The tree roots have lifted the sidewalk to the street a good five inches. Additionally, the sidewalk in front of the trees has also been lifted. These situations are harzardous to the entire neighborhood.
