Description

Very dangerous uneven sidewalk. It is at the bottom of the overpass so bikers come racing down it and if they don't see it this can wipe them out and even kill them. A very good friend of mine hit this going full speed and ended up all the way down at the corner having broken his collarbone. Please fix this it is truly dangerous. All you would need to do is fill in with tar.
