Go further west down to the intersection of Valley Park Rd. and 23, and watch the dozens of morons slow or even stop traffic to allow motorists waiting at the stop sign on Valley Park (near the Valley Forge Fire Co.) to merge onto 23. This is crazy, you do not stop traffic on a state road during rush hour cuz some guy chose an inconvenient intersection/entry point onto 23. Your act of courtesy becomes an act of aggravation for every single motorist behind you. Just stop, stop please, the congestion and traffic to exit Phoenixville is bad enough without outright stupidity and lack of common sense.

The best is when these non-driving people (during morning rush hour I might add) are doing 20-25 mph (sometimes slower) in a 45 mph zone. I mean these people will have bumper to bumper traffic a mile backed up their butt behind them while passing 8 different speed limit signs....It's one thing to be a safe driver, but when you're doing 20 mph or more UNDER the posted speed limit, maybe you shouldn't be driving at all.....Posted speeds are there for a reason, and it's not just to deter maniacs from speeding, but it's also to keep a steady flow of traffic moving smoothy for people commuting.
