UNPAVED STREETS IN PORTLAND?

Every year it snows, and every year the plow comes to clear my street. They clear my street so well that ground gets dug right up.

Every year it heats back up and the city comes to fill potholes and plant seeds, to repair damages done to the roadway and to my lawn.

Damages are caused because the roadway has not been updated. Which is the sole reason the city has to make a secondary trip in the spring.

I purpose that we save the city money by putting an end to this secondary trip. How do we end, it you might ask? We finally update and pave the road, so that there is a clear and definitive line between my lawn and the street.
