Oakland does have a sit, lie law, that is never enforced. Oakland does not care cause it goes on and on, no solutions to this problem

The encampment near the shoreline just beyond fairyland is getting larger and a real dumping ground. I have reported it two times.

Didn't Libby just said that the city of Oakland won't removed tents anymore? That now they will clean around them... get ready, it will only get uglier.

Sidney, It is Lynette McElhaney that is implementing the model you mentioned in your comment is real. Residents are furious. I am keeping an eye on this.

Ms. McElhaney needs to step down if this is her solution. I read somewhere awhile back that she is on their side. She needs to move them to an area away from public parks where there are children, away from residential areas, away from businesses, they are illegal, dangerous, drug activity all day and night, theft in the neighborhood, what is her thinking on this. I guess she doesn't live near an encampment.
