This is ridiculous - I live in this neighborhood and we have dumping nightly (or daily) - there is trash and furniture and tires in front of the 3 empty lots (561-2-5) further up that same block. This is a RESIDENTIAL street and people take care of their homes. The residents are not the ones doing the dumping.
