Description

The recycling can that was issued to my property is located in the alley and has been used by pedestrians for all types of waste. Now, the recycling truck will not empty it and it now sits full and untouched for months. Please have the regular trash pick up truck empty the recycling can as regular trash!!! Thank you!!
