Description

On the side in front of the old Chancellor's Residence, new Gregg Museum, someone has obviously hit the railing, it is dented up and leaning over. This railing seems to too flimsy. In most cities I have been to, the poles along sidewalks with railings are substantial. Just a point of thought.
