Cement bag -- hardened cement -- -- - weighs a ton - I tried to move it to a city trash can but was too heavy --- been here for months -- David moved at Baer of city tree just above Telegraph on 61st St -- south side of street .. ....and please note homeless guy's van that has been parking here for more than 4 years ...he keeps a German Shepherd inside ... really a cruelty to a beautiful animal ...thank u
