Our records indicate that the DPW has communicated with you in regards to this issue. The DPW Administration and Engineering have spoken to you in regards to this request. The DPW cannot pave this road due to the following reasons 1) Claffy Street was accepted in 2011. The property in question was built after (2013) the road became accepted. The road is only accepted to number Three Claffy street, as for the remainder of the road the approved site plan shows a gravel extension of the street. This was the decision of the builder at the time, and it was approved by the city. 2) The crushed stone is part of the street’s drainage system. Runoff is filtered through the crushed stone before it enters the wetland area. The roadway cannot be paved as it is an integral part of roadway drainage system. Paving the roadway will result in extensive erosion at the end, fouling the wetland system and potentially damaging portions of the adjacent property

So your not required to maintain street because there is no crush stone left due to snow removal leaving just dirt holes and bumps? Also your not required to fix the damage to my new driveway caused by snow removal?
