Description

Additional sewer work done last week and pipe sticking out of ground in front of basement window still there, but now has elbow instead of sticking straight up. See previously reported issue #2780663 for this work & photo. Also according to that issue, this work was supposed to be completed in September. Sidewalk area has been dirt since early August, if not earlier.
