Blight at this property is escalating.

Since the initial submission, the side door facing Brace St has also been taken so the house is now completely open to trespass on two sides, as well as through some rear windows. Dumping inside and out continues. The garage door is also gone, so it is also wide open, with dumping inside.

Children have to walk by this property on their way to school. As an increasingly blighted and dangerous property, this needs to be addressed by Detroit BSEED, as well as by Wayne County as the owner.
