Description
Commuter Bus from Storer, permit 10-5011, continues to park on the 5000 block of Calif street in the early morning before starting its pick-up run. Reported before when it parked at the corner of Funston and Calif and has just moved to the corner of 12th Ave and Calif. This is not a commuter bus zone or a bus zone, it is driveways in both locations for large apt bldgs. The description on th bus says "Ggl Bus to SVL" Parks at these corners for 15 mins or so while driver naps then drives off. No appropriate object listed.

This case is VALID.
This is not a DPT issue because it isn't a parking offense - it is an offense against the rules of the commuter bus system. I usually cal 311 on these offenses, but got tired of being on hold so used the see-click-fix process. You need to contact the city department that regulates the Commuter Bus from Google and refer the complaint to the NOT DPT.
I also email Genentech when then do this so I guess I will have to email Google, my supervisor Eric Mar etc since you can't address this issue.
