There are two large and loud dogs barking at all hours of the day and night. The owners are never home, and I think they are just lonely, but the incessant noise is driving us crazy and causing us to lose a lot of sleep.

This issue has been reported the Animal Control officer. They will attempt to make contact with the residents about the dogs. In the future if there are issues like this, please call the police department non-emergency number so that an officer can be dispatch at that time to look in to the issue.
