Following Hurricane Matthew, many trees that grew along the side of the tidal ditch at the back of our house fell. A few of the ones remaining are now on very unstable ground, and have started leaning towards our back fence. We have brought the instability of these trees as an issue for the county to address many times in the past, and nothing was done. Considering the fact the county was given ample prior notice to address this issue, I will not hesitate to hold the county responsible should any of these trees fall and damage my property. Please remove these unstable trees asap.
