I walk across his intersection and I know others do as well. Rt . 34 can be very dangerous as cars always speed on this road! The walk signal should only operate when someone hits the walk signal.

So the burden is on us to find a number for CONN DOT third district electrical division? It would seem that in the time consumed in opening, closing and now reopening the request that a call could have been made on our behalf. Somehow I do have a phone number which I use judiciously so I will record the traffic controller number and call tomorrow. It does seem odd for someone from the general public to have to take this on but so be it. Plus I have to cut up the fallen tree in the park. Busy day tomorrow!
