Ocean side just before Hope Chapel bridge.

I will forward to State Department of Transportation (again). As this is a State DOT roadway, the County has no jurisdiction to fix the cover. Therefore, I will be closing this item. Additionally, you may contact State DOT at 873-3535 for further follow up. Thank you.
