Thank you for reporting this situation. An inspector has evaluated the premises and did not find the sign hardware to be in danger of falling off of the building. The owner has been contacted, advised of the complaint, and will be removing the hardware from the building.

thank you for checking. sign hardware may not look dangerous but it certainly does look ugly. I am surprised that it doesn't violate some code since sign requirements are so stringent. I would like to reopen this issue until the owner actually does remove the hardware. There is actually hardware for two separate signs.
