4th time reporting issue, so far no response. The water department dug up the easement in 3 areas in the easement for water main breaks, put up cones. They never return to finish. We have 3 foot pits in the easement. Reported here 3 times and to the earlier department once. They have sent workers out with clipboardd, but have not fixed the easement.
