Description

The construction company on this property is mixing all of its cement over the corner storm drain, as well as cleaning out cement tub into the storm drain. I am not sure if there is a large amount of cement in the drain or if this is even a big deal, but since there are often drainage and pipe issues. I feel this should be reported and inspected.
