I continue to find it frustrating and troubling that the City of Chicago closes these graffiti removal issues when the graffiti has not in fact been removed. Can someone from the City explain why this happens?

I believe that the city doesn't actually get the photos we post. It helps if you put in a description of exactly where the graffiti is so they can find it.
