End of cul-de-sac on 31st above MLK : "No Dumping per City of Oakland ..," sign completely obliterated w/ silver paint & graffiti --- please replace with a new No Dumping sign --- it was a real problem a few years ago & we got this sign finally installed & it made a difference -- PLEASE post a new one -- thank you
