As of 07:45 the house at 230 Alta Mesa dr has had roofers hammering and using nailers. Since this is a Saturday I know the start time for construction permit is 09:00am this is a clear violation. I call the police department and filed a noise complaint. I finally walked around the corner and talked to the foreman who immediately told me to call his boss who was now where to be found. This is just another case of no respect for the neighbors and the rules set up by the planning commission. Please due something about this construction site and owners lack of following the rules of the planning and permit division.
