This road is uneven with high points and low points, causing anything with metal eg, trailer, ute, boats, etc, and heavy vehicles, to hit the high points and bounce and clang. This causes reverberation and the sound travels through the ground into houses. An attempt was made to fix it last year but I think it is worse than ever. It is unbearable and even sounds like an accident, makes the dog bark, and drowns out the TV, and interferes with sleep. Apart from that we need traffic calming, eg a roundabout but not speed bumps, between Ti Tree and Ficus, as not many vehicles obey the 50kph limit. We are fed up with vehicles screaming around the corner from Cabarita Road, particularly at night.
