Thank you for reporting this issue to us. We had a truck go back but did not find anything out to remove.

The truck didn't come back on Friday -- my pickup day. I know because I left the barrel out all day. The truck must have come on Monday. So, unless I'd left the barrel out all weekend -- not a desirable course of action -- you couldn't really help me. Note, this is an ongoing problem with the system: Anyone who has Friday pickup has to leave trash out all weekend if you don't pick it up when you're supposed to.

We appreciate that you took it off the curb for the weekend and apologize that it wasn't clear that we would be coming back on Monday to remove your trash, as that was the next collection day. I will notify a supervisor of your comment regarding issues with missed pickups for those in the Friday route.
