Description

The problem is 969 Kela Cresent in Birdneck Lake. The house has been unoccupied for more than 20 years and it is rotting from the ground up. I am sure that at least the crawl space is infested with rats, as I have seen rats by the lake behind the house. Please look into this situation as it is a blight on an otherwise beautiful neighborhood.
