Thank you for reporting this issue to us. We are pleased to report back to you that this issue is now resolved. The vertical posts have freeze damage which caused cracks in the posts. We have ordered new posts and they will be installed at a later date. There is no structural damage to the posts, they have been inspected by our playground equipment rep.
