This building is occupied fulltime by a business. They should be informed that the city of Oakland will help them with graffiti removal and attempt to maintain their building. They should put motion detector lights up on the 16th Street side of their building to help stop the dumping hot spot. Their lack of care adds to the urban blight in this neighborhood.
