Hello & thank you for your comment on the need for MORE ACCURATE LOCATION (i was hoping that my iphone's GPS would have ACCURATELY-ENOUGH taken care of it...! Apparently NOT so...!
Anyway, the EXACT location is (with your BACK to LAKE MERRITT, the 1st tree on the RIGHT-HAND SIDE (Catholic Christ-the-Light Church's side) from the CORNER of 21st. St, & Lakeside drive!
