Hello, I am very concerned about the hazardous bowel waste(bags of human poop) that is being distributed among the sidewalks and street on the 2000 block of Dinwiddie Avenue. it has been going on for several months. It is becoming a issue due to children walking to and from school and children are stepping on the bags. Due to all the rain the bowel is leaking through the bags. and cars are running over the bags. Please we need someone to come out weekly due to the continuous dumping. Can we please have a public trash can to minimize the waste?
