And a river flows through it...Glendale Street between the aforementioned side streets is flooded. This is an ongoing issue. Today it was worse than ever. I have taken several pictures...A few years ago, when the City of Detroit or Wayne County Roads were repaving our block, the workers poured cement into the drains at the end of several driveways. This atrocity was never addressed. Please investigate. Several residents now have water in their basements!!!
