Cars wanting to make the turn north onto Rt 202 cannot see cars approaching soon enough. Cars are going 50 mph and there is a hill to the right of this turn. Most cars turning onto northbound 202 will take some time to get up to speed. Many times drivers heading north on 202 have to slow down greatly so that they don't hit cars that have made that turn. Many drivers make the turn and CANNOT accelerate fast enough even though they see oncoming traffic. This is one place that right turn on red should not be allowed OR if the DOT can clear the sightline better so traffic coming up 306 can see oncoming traffic from further away, then it might be ok. But the hill to the right will still be a problem for all turning traffic. Better to wait for a light.
