I originally reported a water leak on April 21, 2016 (issue 2422093), but nothing has been done about it. To be clear, there has been a steady 24-7 water leak coming from an underground pipe for at least 7-8 months now. It's located on the UF East Campus, on the property which used to be a trailer park. Look for the patch of extra-green, healthy, unmowed grass, with a small stream flowing away from it. It's directly on the UF-side of the fence, behind the gas station (on the corner of NE Waldo Rd. and NE 23rd Ave.).

I contacted the Alachua County EPA and they are looking into this. Again, it's been 7-8 months and nothing has been done about this water leak on the UF Campus. Please, let's keep this issue open until it has actually been resolved.
For the record:
I originally notified Fred Rowe, Jr. on March 2, 2016 ( frowe@ufl.edu / http://www.facilities.ufl.edu/about/staff.php ). Fred Rowe is the building manager for UF's East campus.
I contacted UF's Physical Plant, and this issue was supposedly investigated by Erik Minter on April 26, 2016 ( 352-392-1121 / workorder@admin.ufl.edu ).
I submitted an issue here on April 26, 2016 ( http://seeclickfix.com/issues/2422093 ) and received this responses: "By email we have forwarded this concern to GRU's water department to have their staff investigate."
Now it's "outside our jurisdiction area and will be handled by Alachua County Environmental Protection Department".
