In this newly repaved area on Elm St, out of the 8 sewers that are here you can see in at least three of them still has the new construction install fabric sticking out on the edges of the grates. You might have some drainage issues with the snow and ice melt this winter if the fabric is not removed. You should some one check all of them here too. Thank you.
