Lower watter fountain by the 5 - 12 year old playground needs to be adjusted, it over shoots the pan on to the sidewalk and has for quite some time. The same playground is missing parts by the stepping pods also for quite some time. Sitting wall by the 2- 5 year old playground has a missing cap. There is a missing tree by the same playground causing a trip hazard. Last item for now the flags are tattered and worn.
