Description
This particular overgrown vegetation was reported by myself a while back, at the time it was encroaching onto the street, and was only pruned, cut off at ground-level. The root system was not removed, thus allowing this vegetation to continue growing, and will grow even larger than it did before it was "pruned"! The root system needs to be completely removed (the green shrub in the attached image).
