I apologize a representative has not assisted you, I am a City of Norfolk employee, but if you are able to provide me with the pole numbers located on the pole (N0 3 digits 2 letters 2 digits) I will be able to submit the request to Dominion Virginia Power for you so this issue can be resolved.

I neglected to provide you with your work order #31397841 for the pole number you did provide. This pole should be repaired with-in 15 to 30 days depending on the nature of the repair needed.

Would you be able to provide me with the pole number on the non operating street light. The number will begin with N0 3 numbers 2 letters and 2 more numbers. This will allow me to specifically identify which pole is not operating.

I have again notified Dominion Virginia Power, they notated when they went out on 11/4/2016 that there was no problem found. I would suggest you contact the Virginia Beach 311 center at (757) 385-3111 for further assistance or Dominion directly to resolve the street light issue at 1-866-366-4357.
