I recently moved into a home that I am leasing from a company. I seen evidence of mice around the house before we moved into the home. We were informed that the problem was taken care of. In the recent weeks our house has again had a mouse problem. We called a pest control company, Orkin, to do pest control. They did inform us that tge mouse were coming into the house from a hole outside and even if they dod pest control we would continue to run into this problem. There is unfinished dry wall in our bathroom in which a rat has crawled into and died. The only way to remove the rat is to remove the dry wall. I have been trying to contact my leasing company with no response from them. They have overrun our kitchen and we cannot use it.
