Given the difficulty and time required replacing bulbs, may I respectfully suggest using LED bulbs as replacements for their longevity (as well as energy efficiency). (Also, thanks to RJ LALUMIERE for illuminating us all with this eponymous issue!)

We're acknowledging and will report back. The bulb replacement program is on a schedule. We'll get those details for you.

So here's the short version. The entire lighting and control system is on our capital plan to replace - the voltage is distorted between the controls and the fixtures resulting in some bulbs coming on and some aren't depending upon the level of "dimming" - It's very well that some bulbs are out, however the majority are working fine. All bulbs are tested monthly, bulbs are replaced bi-monthly because of the height. We will continue the replacement method on that schedule.
